Important Ordering Information

KBC's Pharmacy is an economical and ethical source for your veterinary prescription pharmaceuticals.  Staffed by a registered pharmacist, your order is filled promptly and in compliance with state pharmacy laws and regulations.  Due to restrictions, pharmaceuticals are not available for international shipping.

All of our pharmaceutical orders require a valid prescription.  Your order cannot be processed without a prescription.  The attending veterinarian must clearly indicate the following information before any order can be released:

1.  Name of the animal patient (if applicable).
2.  Name, address and phone number of the animal owner or responsible party.
3.  Name and strength of the drug to be dispensed.
4.  Quantity of the drug to be dispensed.
5.  Directions for use.
6.  Number of authorized refills, if any.
7.  Veterinarian's address, phone and fax numbers, and state license number.

Pharmacy Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday.

Original written prescriptions may be mailed to the KBC Pharmacy at:

Refill requests, when authorized on the original prescription, may be ordered by the animal owner.  When placing orders for refills, please provide the prescription number in the RX Refill No. field.

KBC International does not stock controlled substances requiring a DEA number.
