In Store Pickup Guidelines
Orders can be placed any day of the week or time of day but are only processed Monday – Friday 9 am – 3 pm.
- Please allow 30 to 60 minutes for processing your order during the hours of M – F, 8 am to 5 pm. KBC will email you when your order is ready. If you have immediate need, please call Customer Service directly so we can work with you, 1-800-928-7777.
- Remember: Our inventory is live and constantly fluctuating. Product selection available varies.
- You will be notified of any shortages prior to pick-up via phone call to the contact number provided on the order. If you have a preference for substitutions, please detail them on the order message at checkout so we may assist you more efficiently.
- Pharmacy Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am - 1 pm. Orders placed after 12 pm will go to the next weekday for completion. Please provide your veterinarian’s contact information when you add the item to the cart. Or in the order message at checkout if you have not used our pharmacy before.
- Orders not picked up within one week of the order date will be returned to stock and you will receive a refund to the card originally used.
- Prices are subject to change.
- Blackout dates for same day pickup include: Holidays. To include but not limited to: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Order placed on a Holiday will be processed the next business day.
- Leather Orders: most leather orders for halters or lead straps without nameplates are available for same day pickup if placed by noon.
- Orders requiring engraving and/or mounting plates nameplates or making tags will be available the soonest the next business day.
- KBC will email you when the Leather Shop has completed your order.
- Exceptions include nameplates with logo cuts, bracelets with nameplate added, and order of 10 or more items with nameplates.
- Longer lists of names can be emailed to email@example.com to save time on entering each name under the nameplates “Add Engraving”.
- Or can be entered at checkout in the Order Message. Provide details with what names goes with what product if different items entered on the same order.
- All engraving is uppercase letters unless otherwise requested.
